We stand behind every BPI-certified product we ship. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-day return window

Unopened, unused full cases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (shipping not refundable). Email matt@compostitall.com with your order number to start a return — we'll send a UPS return label to your inbox.

Damaged or defective

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect that makes it unusable (cracked plates, leaking cups, torn bags from manufacturing — not from shipping), we replace it free. Just send a photo to matt@compostitall.com within 7 days of delivery.

Final-sale items

Custom-printed products, clearance items, and any product where the case has been opened are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned product, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
