Shipping
Every ZWai order ships from CompostitALL's warehouse in New Brighton, Minnesota via UPS Ground unless you choose a faster service at checkout.
Orders headed to the Midwest typically arrive in 1–3 business days, shipped via UPS Ground or, for larger/palletized orders, our local LTL freight carriers. Delivery times outside the Midwest depend on your UPS Ground zone — see the live rate and estimated transit time at checkout.
How rates work
We quote real UPS rates at checkout based on:
- The actual weight and dimensions of your case-quantity products
- Your delivery ZIP code
- Service speed you select (Ground, 3-Day, or Next-Day)
No flat-rate shipping; you pay what UPS charges us, no markup.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM Central business days ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. We don't ship Saturdays or Sundays.
Where we ship
Anywhere in the contiguous 48 US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Tracking
Your confirmation email includes your order number. Once your package ships, we email a UPS tracking number. You can also track any order here with your email + order number.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a package arrives damaged, take a photo of the box + contents and email matt@compostitall.com within 7 days. We'll ship replacements and file the UPS claim on our end — no paperwork on yours.
